Graston Technique

5 years ago Phil was taught to use the Graston Technique® by two world authorities on chiropractic, sports chiropractic and soft tissue injuries Dr Tom Hyde and Dr Warren Hammer. One of only a handful of people qualified to use the technique in the UK people travel from several hours away to receive this fantastic technique.

Graston Technique uses 6 stainless steel instruments, each contoured suit different parts of the body. These instruments are stroked over the top of tissues and find and get rid of scar tissue that has built up thus improving mobility and flexibility allowing a return to normal.
