What to expect

On your first visit you will be welcomed into our comfortable reception area by our practice manager Russell and invited to fill in a very short form.

Dr Baines will then take you into one of our consulting rooms where you will be asked a range of questions about the problem including how it might have occurred and what things might affect it. We will also try to get some insight into aspects of your lifestyle that may impact your health and your suitability for treatment.

You will then undergo a very thorough physical examination taking into account all the different aspects of your health.

From all of this a plan will be formulated to help you feel as good as you possibly can (assuming we can help you).

Before any treatment begins it is very important that you completely understand the situation. You will therefore be given a very thorough and detailed "report of findings" in which everything will be explained to you as clearly as possible.

If at any time during any stage of your treatment you have any questions or would like to discuss anything with your chiropractor then always feel free to ask.

If it appears we won't be able to help you we will let you know straight away and will usually be able to offer you some advice and hopefully refer you to someone who can help.
